Terms of Use

BlueGate provides cryptocurrency payment infrastructure, including APIs, payment widgets, merchant dashboards, and related tools (the "Service").

BlueGate is a technology provider. We do not act as a bank, money transmitter, or licensed financial institution unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you integrate BlueGate on your website or application, you are the merchant of record for your end customers. You are solely responsible for: your business activities; compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction; customer support; refunds and disputes with your customers; AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and other regulatory obligations relating to your users and your business model.

BlueGate does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals before accepting cryptocurrency payments.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctioned parties, prohibited goods or services, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use poses legal, security, or reputational risk to BlueGate or third parties.

Service fees are disclosed in your dashboard or commercial agreement. Fees may change with notice where required.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. You acknowledge the risks of volatility, network congestion, and incorrect wallet or network selection.

BlueGate retains all rights to its software, trademarks, documentation, and branding, except for white-label elements expressly licensed to you under a separate agreement.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted in writing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of blockchain networks or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marymarin LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BlueGate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
